Hotel was well priced and nicely appointed, we really enjoyed this place.
Everything was perfect, ideal location close enough to train station, a nice restaurant in town and all the town centre, pleasant staff. Our room was good sized and cosy with modern bathroom and the patio, slept well.

staff was very helpful, excellent breakfast - overall good impression
in breakfast room was really cold - there is no problem in summer time, some part of the hotel looked more like a hostel

I didn't like the street it was on but the hotel is within a 5 -10 minute walk to the cathedral and the bullfight arena. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was tight because there was a third bed - we were only 2. The bed was comfortable but small by US standards. The patio and the communal living room provided a comfortable and pleasant area to sit in. I sat out in the pation on the lounge chair for an hour soaking in the sun, however at night the light in the living area was very poor if you want to read. Parking was advertised as 8 euros per night but it is actually 9 euros. There was only one mirror -- in the bathroom. There was no outlet in the bathroom so dried my hair in the room without seeing what I was doing.

The staff was nice and helpful. The bedroom had wi-fi and was overall quiet. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Lack of air con. A bit outside of the town centre. Bedroom basic and dated, in need of some refurbishment. Not too expensive but not a bargain either.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful particularly with traffic and parking information. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town so car could be left in garage.
This is an excellent 2 star type hotel, the extras expected of a 3 star are just not there.

It was easy to get into the city to this hotel. Staff was friendly.
The rooms are small. The breakfasts are limited & don't start until 8 AM which is late for travelers. The parking garage is quite tiny and required lots of maneuvers to get in & out of.The neighborhood isn't that great, but it is close to the downtown area.
